All Seeing Eye Life Safety Solutions – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to All Seeing Eye Life Safety Solutions (“ASE,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services for the installation, maintenance, or repair of residential and commercial security systems, fire safety systems, and smart home integration, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
IMPORTANT: Completion of the required deposit from the invoice serves as your legally binding acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
ASE provides installation, repair, maintenance, and system integration for:
Residential & commercial security systems
Fire safety systems (alarms, suppression, monitoring integration)
Smart home & business automation
1.1. Client Responsibilities:
Ensure access to the property during scheduled service times.
Provide all necessary information regarding existing security or fire safety systems.
Comply with all recommended maintenance schedules and manufacturer instructions.
1.2. ASE Responsibilities:
Perform all services with industry-standard care, skill, and professionalism.
Advise clients on best security and fire safety practices.
Provide written quotes and estimates before initiating additional work.
2. Deposits, Payments, & Fees
2.1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and schedule services.
Completion of the deposit payment from the invoice serves as the Client’s legally binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Pricing & Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid in full upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per 7-day period past due.
ASE reserves the right to withhold service for past-due accounts.
2.3. Additional Work & Change Orders
Any changes requested after the quote is accepted may result in additional charges.
Unforeseen issues requiring extra labor or materials will be discussed before work continues.
3. Installation & System Performance
3.1. Installation Standards
ASE follows all applicable local, state, and federal fire safety and security system regulations.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless ASE has explicitly agreed to handle them.
3.2. System Limitations & Client Understanding
No security or fire alarm system guarantees complete prevention of unauthorized entry, fire, or property damage.
ASE is not responsible for system failure due to:
Power outages, network interruptions, or client negligence.
Third-party monitoring service disruptions.
Interference from environmental or structural factors.
4. Warranty & Liability
4.1. Warranty Coverage
New installations are covered by a limited 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
Manufacturer warranties apply for equipment and components, subject to their terms.
4.2. Exclusions from Warranty
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or tampering.
Environmental factors (storms, flooding, electrical surges, etc.).
Failure to adhere to recommended maintenance schedules.
4.3. Limitation of Liability
ASE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system failure, property damage, or criminal activity.
Client is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for property protection.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
ASE respects client privacy and will not sell or share your personal data.
Any surveillance or security data accessed during service remains confidential.
The Client is responsible for securing passwords and access codes.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in [Insert County], Texas.
8. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By submitting the deposit payment for an invoice, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between ASE and the Client.
